Dr. Hy Bloom

I have been seeing Dr. HY BLOOM a highly educated and well respected doctor specializing in in Workplace Conflict and Violence Prevention and Management. Dr. Bloom B.A., LL.B., M.D., F.R.C.P.(C) received his LL.B. from McGill University in 1978, and his M.D. from McMaster University in 1984. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1980. Hy has also co-authored a book as well called "Defending Mentally Disordered Persons" in 1995. I have not read the book, but I like the title. He takes very detailed notes, which is a very positive sign in my eyes, he just has not asked enough questions to do an un-bias report.

I've only seen Dr. Bloom 3 times and he is from those 3 meetings to determine the roles the antidepressants have played in my tragic and devastating event, in which I, without a doubt know have been caused by the withdrawal from antidepressant drugs. While my case is very complex, it is up to Dr. Hy Bloom to determine the role that these antidepressants played. I feel that he has not asked enough questions or allowed me the time to describe more myself. I feel that he has only asked the questions to support the crowns theory and not to gather the required information to a truly un-bias report. I have not heard much about him, but my future is in the hands of this one doctor. Is that unnerving or what? While his report could go either way and possibly land me in prison for an undetermined amount of time, I hope that Dr. Hy Bloom will see past the smoke to see the clouds so to speak, and provide and accurate and useful report. In my opinion, Dr Bloom needs more information in order to make a proper assessment. I'm confident that even if he does not agree completely with me, that his report would contain valuable information that I will need to further pursue treatment, or at least a stepping stone in the right direction. Who knows for sure, we will have to wait and see. I just feel I have so much more to tell him, but ran out of time. I feel as thought, he has not allowed enough time for me to provide him the information he requires. I waited patiently for him to ask the questions, when he did not, I had no time to tell him, what I felt was valuable information and required in order to make a un-bias and professional report.

I see it as the event would have never occurred had it not been for the withdrawal effects of the antidepressants, Dr. Bloom may see it as I would not have had a negative reaction to the withdrawal had it not been for a mental health reason or he may not even consider the effects of the medication. In my opinion this would be a huge mistake, but there really is nothing I can do about it. So we will have to wait to see what report Dr. Bloom provides and what happens to me as a result of these evil pills.

But be careful, like I said, I don't feel he did a complete and un-bias analysis because there are so many things, left un-asked and un-answered.
